This Cancellation Policy applies to all services purchased through www.dscapply.com , operated by Ridhi Solutions.
We provide assistance services for applying Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) through licensed Certifying Authorities in India.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellation Time Frame

Customers may request cancellation of their order within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

3. Cancellation Eligibility

Cancellation is allowed only if:

• The DSC application has NOT been submitted to the Certifying Authority.
• Document verification has NOT been completed.
• Token has NOT been shipped.
• No video verification or Aadhaar-based verification has been completed.

If processing has already started, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Non-Cancellable Situations

Cancellation requests will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

• Application already submitted to Certifying Authority.
• DSC has been issued.
• Video verification completed.
• USB Token already shipped.
• Rejection due to incorrect or incomplete documents submitted by customer.

• Reason for cancellation

Requests must be sent within 7 days of purchase.

6. Processing of Cancellation

If the cancellation request is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Payment gateway charges may be deducted.

7. Digital Service Nature

Digital Signature Certificates are time-sensitive and regulated services issued by licensed Certifying Authorities. Once processing begins, costs are incurred, and cancellation may not be possible.
