DSC APPLY is a private service platform that assists individuals and organizations in applying for Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) through licensed Certifying Authorities (CAs).
We do not issue Digital Signature Certificates directly.

2. No Government Affiliation

DSC APPLY and Ridhi Solutions:

• Are NOT a Government organization
• Are NOT part of the Ministry of Electronics & IT
• Are NOT the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA)
• Do NOT represent any Government department

Digital Signature Certificates are issued only by licensed Certifying Authorities approved by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), Government of India.
We act only as a service facilitator / Registration Authority partner (where applicable).

3. Service Role Clarification

Our role is limited to:

• Assisting in DSC application process
• Document verification support
• Application submission to Certifying Authorities
• Customer coordination and guidance

Final approval, rejection, or issuance of DSC is solely at the discretion of the respective Certifying Authority.
We do not guarantee approval in cases where documents are incomplete, invalid, or rejected by the Certifying Authority.

• Prices, processing time, and requirements may change without prior notice.
• Government policies and CA guidelines may change at any time.
